Thank you for shopping with EcoRainFlow. We are committed to your satisfaction and want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • It is returned in the original packaging with all components

  • You can provide a valid order number or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Used or installed shower heads

  • Opened or used filter capsules

  • Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or neglect

  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at support@ecorainflow.com

  • Provide your order number and reason for return

  • Wait for a Return Authorization and return instructions from our support team

Do not return any items without prior authorization.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, a small restocking fee may apply.


5. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged during shipping. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped. After fulfillment, cancellations are no longer possible.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and a description of the issue

  • Our support team will assist with a replacement or refund


8. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or shipped in error, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again

  2. Contact your payment provider – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
